$10,500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage the business development.
• To contribute to the target for Container Shipping, Land Logistics and Marine Logistics.
• Seeking viable options on overall logistics and supply chain network service levels and maximize gross profit.
• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans, aligning them with short- and long-term goals. Develop and implement the organization’s overall strategy.
• Maintain legality and business ethics by adhering to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advances employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team.
• Evaluate organization’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operation efficiencies.
• Improve strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.

Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in logistics, business, mathematics, or the sciences
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Freight forwarding pricing and commercial management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
