BUILDING SUPERVISOR ($2500-$3000/AWS/VB)ref: GA

$3K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to provide and perform maintenance services
• Assist the Building Executive/ Manager in the daily operations and the preparation of weekly/ monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site in a timely manner
• To support Building Executive / Manager to maintain proper documentation and inventory such as an asset register, floor plans, equipment manuals, etc, and control the movement of such assets and documents
• Overseeing the Property Management programme to ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standards.
• Manage and supervise contractors’ work and coordinate Audio / Video projects and events within the property.
• Plan and implement routine and preventive maintenance programs and adhoc upgrading projects and monitor progress of works
• Responsible for handling the building maintenance services and plan/implement preventive maintenance and improvement work
• To check, monitor and ensure that all Building M&E Systems are in good working order.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
• Possess a Class 3 License.
