$6K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Ensure to achieve Company’s targeted yearly turnover.
- Ensures timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
- Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
- Liaises with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/ clarifications are settled.
- Carries out post-mortem for all tenders participated.
- Sources, identify and secure new business opportunities for the Company.
- Attend site meeting, liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and to ensure proper documentation
- Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in AutoCad is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
