$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Provide procurement support by sourcing for services and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing
- Ensure that purchases and services are delivered in a timely manner
- Manage vendors’ conformance to delivery schedules and product specifications
- Manage suppliers to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment & Safety standards are met
- Participate in vendor selection, development and evaluation processes
- Coordinate procurement operations with vendors and stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the SAP Purchasing function is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
