5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Attend tender visits, site surveys
- Interpret fitting out drawings and specifications to calculate project cost
- Prepare bill of quantity and fill in pricing for tender submission
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
- Tender Government Projects
- Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost
- Carry out site valuation
- Liaise with consultants and vendor on compliance with regulations, practices and changes
Requirements
- Degree / diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
