Responsibilities
- Submit monthly payroll and cash flow reports to Finance department
- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions
- In charge of employee leave system and HRIS database management
- Maintain and update employee personal files
- Submit employee income tax and participate in year-end audit
- Keep abreast of the latest government’s initiatives, regulations and requirements
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or equivalent
- 2 years HR working experience
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Info-Tech HR system is a plus
