Location: East
Responsibilities
- Lead the cargo team in pursuit of achieving its overall business targets
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve desired results in revenue, yield and market share
- Actively respond to market dynamics and develop strategies to deliver a long-term sustainable revenue mix
- Establish and manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners and associations
- Manage credit risks with reference to relevant internal guidelines and local financial criteria where applicable
- Provide regular updates on key local cargo market information and changes of competitive landscape
- Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures and standards including corporate and other regulatory requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in air cargo industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
