Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Delivered excellent level of customer service.
- Handled customer inquiries and resolved customer complaints in an efficiently and professional manner
- Handle invoicing and prompt submission of reports to Account Dept
- General Administrative jobs
- Filling & keeping proper documentation records
- Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies
- Cold Calls to companies/ Customers
- Influence customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
