5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Liaise and supervise the works of contractors.
- To maintain the administrative system and ensure accuracy of all data and information.
- To source and requisite necessary equipment and inventories needed for new sites and existing stores
- To prepare and compile billing and service reports.
- Support site selection and business case development
- Support CEO on site leasing, lease negotiations, landlord requirements and project management
- Manage new outlets opening / refurbishment project plans, coordinating interior design for restaurants, kitchen layout planning and service contracts with suppliers, scheduling and arranging for opening of new restaurant as required by statutory requirements
- Manage the pipelines of store development works (new stores, refurbishment & closure)
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in F&B industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
