Responsibilities
- Responsible for M&E Quantity Surveyor duties such as managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- To negotiate on pricing
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
