Responsibilities
- Arrange work schedule and manpower allocation for the production workers under his charge
- Ensure all production records within his responsibility is properly updated and maintained.
- Ensures alignment of actual work of operators with planned activities for the week
- Conducts walk by inspections and gives real time feedback to team leaders and operators
- Conducts meetings to resolve real time problems in the production floor area ; Involves SC Senior Manager if necessary
- Gives feedback to the Senior Manager on matters needing decision and / or support
- Coordinates support requirements with other supervisors
- Ensures ISO and HACCP standards are implemented by all team leaders and operators
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in production /manufacturing /environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
