PRODUCTION ENGINEER ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: SC

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.
• Interface with internal/external customers & lead team members in problem solving in regards to production.
• Develop and implement systems to improve and sustain value in the areas of health, safety, environment, production yields, equipment reliability, cost and quality.
• Primary person responsible for project/process commissioning and start-up activities.
• Follow and direct day to day production operations.
• Apply technical knowledge to detect causes of deviations in quality, capacity, yield and energy consumption.
• Uses statistical techniques to compile and analyze data and realize appropriate improvement initiatives.
• Participate on cross-fuctional operations teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing firm is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
