Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring and managing Security Operations Centre that deliver 24/7 services
- To provide IT operational support guidance for the SOC’s infrastructure components relating to firewalls, network switches, VMware products, backups, SIEM and malware protection systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and implement risk and compliance controls
- To implement security reviews of access to SOC infrastructure and respond to security violations from detection systems
- Manage latest SOC IT assets and patch information list, network diagrams and documented processes for operations, maintenance and systems requests
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Engineering or related
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in security operations
- Familiar with cyber security technology and security controls and their integration and implementation with IT components and operations
- Experience in security auditing and compliance
- Prior experience in an SOC environment
